Formally educated in photography and graphic design and trained by top photographers in New York and San Francisco, Heather Monahan combines in every project the experience and instincts demanded by large scale production, location shooting, and a deep passion for creating unique and vibrant images that capture life as it happens.

Long before she picks up the camera, she clearly identifies the client’s concept for the images or campaign, hand picks just the right location and crew for the job, and then assembles all the pieces so there is little room for the unexpected. When those inevitable “challenges” do arise, she handles them in a calm, systematic manner that puts others at ease.
